Dealyed switch?

I selected 07/10 for my PAC switch day. Kept on using my old Vodafone SIM card until the afternoon of the 7th and then I lost all network coverage for this, so I popped my ID sim in and thought the switch was nearly complete. I’m now 2 days delayed and my ID sim and Vodafone sim both have no network/coverage. My old Vodafone number (the one I’m trying to keep) has been switched off and I can’t make or receive texts or calls from new ID number. 
I can’t even log onto my ID app as it’s sending a confirmation code to my Vodafone number, which I can’t access. I’m really stressing out and not sure what to do, but it’s a shame you can’t talk to someone directly. I’ve tried the live chat about 10 times, but never get through to an agent and I’ve sent a message on Facebook, but still waiting for a response. 
does anyone have any advice on what to do?

Hey theree ​@jess0776, sorry to hear that. Have you asked to speak to an agent via live-chat?

 

On Facebook, response times will vary, so an agent will get back to you ASAP between 8am-8pm on weekdays.

 

Have you inserted the iD Mobile SIM into your phone and restarted your phone?

yeah I’ve been trying to speak to an agent on the live chat all day. It says it’s transferring me and then I wait 7-10 mins and it disconnects that chat each time. 
I’ll keep trying though. 
 

yes I’ve currently got my ID SIM card in, as my old sim lost network coverage Tuesday afternoon. But as of this time yesterday, so has my ID one, so I can’t make or receive calls or texts and can only use my phone when connected to wifi. Both Vodafone (number I want to keep) and ID numbers seem to not be working now. 
 

I’ve swapped them both around a few times and restarted my phone but nothings seems to be happening.

Hi Tyler,

 

so I’ve just done this and now my number is showing as my old Vodafone number… which is great! So thanks so much for that. 
 

but I still don’t have any network coverage or data and I can’t make or receive calls to the number.
