I’m sorry, but even if you paid off the remaining balance on your current contract, this wouldn’t allow you to upgrade early. You would still need to wait until your eligible upgrade date in December before upgrading your device or plan.

I understand this may be disappointing, and I apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding.
