Enabling 2 factor authentication on my ID mobile account

I cannot find out how to protect my IDmobile login with two factor authentication. I assume this should be possible. Any guides?

    To set up 2FA for your iD Mobile account, you'll need to contact them directly via their live chat or social media. 

    Here are the links/Info to do this:-
     

    You can talk to an advisor via this link:-

    Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the chatbot. 

    Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.
