My contract is due to end in 2 days. Should I have had prior notification of this?

Yes, you should receive a notification before your contract end date with information about your options moving forward. We’re sorry if you did not receive this communication.

Once your contract ends, your services will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless you choose to upgrade, change plan, or cancel the agreement.

If you would like, we can also help you review the options available on your account before the contract ends in 2 days. Please contact our sales team on 08000490250.

Thank you. I haven’t received anything from ID and I believe my contract ends on the 17th. However, I would like to continue with a SiM Only deal.
