I can't find how to cancel a SIM only contract in the ID mobile app. I've got 2 SIM only contracts (one month) and want to cancel one of them

Hey there
If you can only login to one account to cancel, then this means you’ll need to register the second account via the iD Mobile app/website. This can either be done invidiually, or can be done via logging into the already created account and adding the second plan to this same account following the steps below:
If you can’t do so, then we can help with cancelling.
