I can't find how to cancel a SIM only contract in the ID mobile app. I've got 2 SIM only contracts (one month) and want to cancel one of them

Hey there ​@Stardust, thank you for reaching out.

 

If you can only login to one account to cancel, then this means you’ll need to register the second account via the iD Mobile app/website. This can either be done invidiually, or can be done via logging into the already created account and adding the second plan to this same account following the steps below:

 

 

If you can’t do so, then we can help with cancelling.

I want to leave ID mobile but I’m unsure what my id mobile number is as I could call or text while I was using it, hence I can’t register it on the app

I’d like help to cancel my contract 

please help
