    Hi @vinny888 ,

Thank you for reaching out and explaining the issue. I’m sorry you’re seeing the error message when trying to switch your old number using a PAC.
Here are a few steps you can try:

    Clear Cache & Cookies

If you’re using the iD Mobile website, clear your browser cache or try in Incognito/Private Mode.

    Use the iD Mobile App

If you were using the website, try the app instead (or vice versa).

    Double-Check PAC Details

Ensure the PAC is still valid (PAC codes expire after 30 days).
Confirm the number you’re switching matches the PAC provider.

    Restart the Process

Log out, restart your device, and try again.

If the error persists, please contact us via Live Chat (available:

    Mon–Fri: 9am–8pm
Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays: 9am–6pm),
or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk. We’ll make sure your number transfer is completed quickly.

    Lamiya

I initially submitted this upon sign-up to be executed for tomorrow 14th Nov, but want this to be done today. Is it possible?
