I want to give baxk the iphone i bought and stay with android so i want to move the esim i have with you to the android, how can i do that? Also why does it tell me ive used 80% of my credit limit when i havsnr used the phone of the sim at all?

    Thank you for your post. Here's how to move your eSIM over to your Android device:

     

    You can request a new eSIM directly from your account, then have it activated on your Android device. Alternatively, you can contact us directly via https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat and we'll generate a replacement SIM for you, send it to your email, you can then activate that on your Android device.

     

    Regarding the 80% credit limit notice: this refers to charges that fall outside your plan. It's likely your bill cap is set to a certain amount, and the 80% usage may be from services or charges not included in your plan.
