esim needed but can't access the sms passcode

Thank you so much for getting in touch with us, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused to you.
We do require a confirmation OTP to be sent to receive the esim.
We can get a replacement physical sim sent out if you would like or you can collect one in your nearest Curry's store and provide a proof of identity.

I'm sorry but that's the answer of a bot! If I don't have a sim then I can't receive an sms, you should know that. However there is the option of getting an esim, which you failed to mention.
