esim needed but can't access the sms passcode

I’ve lost me sim card because it shot out of my phone when I was trying to remove it. I need an esim but when I try to get one ID will insist on sending me an sms confirmation code which I cant access because I don’t have a sim!!!!!!!

What’s the solution?

Thank you so much for getting in touch with us, please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused to you.
We do require a confirmation OTP to be sent to receive the esim.
We can get a replacement physical sim sent out if you would like or you can collect one in your nearest Curry's store and provide a proof of identity.
