Feedback for Sales Dept Agent, Jaron

Not a question… just some feedback.

I’ve just spoken to Jaron in the Sales department to try and sort an upgrade. I’ve been with you 2 years and wanted to get better deal than I was being offered. Jaron was super helpful, polite and efficient. I wasn’t on the phone for half an hour (like I have been in the past with other providers) and I ended the call not only staying, and getting a deal I was really happy with, but I then passed the phone to my partner who Jaron continued to help and upgrade him too. 
It was also quite late on a Friday afternoon and there was much merriment going on behind him clearly (which I have no issue with, we’ve all been there!). It must have been tricky for him to concentrate.. but he remained professional and completely focussed on us. 
A lovely chap who deserves a bit of recognition for representing your company so well! Thank you Jaron!
