Hi despite reboot, airplane settings being turned on and off and last update of software being done on 14th October I still can't see an option for wifi calling.  Can any help?

    Hi @SamMUK,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble finding the Wi-Fi Calling option.

If you're using a Samsung Galaxy A53, please try the following:

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Tap Connections.
    3. Look for Wi-Fi Calling and make sure it's switched on.
    4. If you can't see it, tap Mobile Networks and check whether Wi-Fi Calling appears there.
    5. Remove the SIM card, restart the phone, and then reinsert the SIM.
    6. Reset your network settings by going to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
    7. Connect to a Wi-Fi network and restart the phone again.

If the option still doesn't appear after trying these steps, please let us know whether the handset was originally purchased from another network, as this can sometimes affect the availability of Wi-Fi Calling.
