I signed up through the money saving expert deal, expecting to receive am Amazon gift card. I waited the 120 days, sent an enquiry to the third party voucher teamand was told I had to wait another 20 days. I enquired again after this time and was told that my order had not been tracked and I wouldn't be getting the gift card. I am very frustrated as cannot get in touch with anyone to chase this. Can anyone help?

The promotion is managed by GiftCloud through MSE. Unfortunately we don’t control the promotion as we don’t provide Amazon vouchers unfortunately.

What a lame response from id mobile. There are so many id mobile customers with the same problem. All of which have signed up on the promise of this offer which isn't being honoured. They call that a scam.

Id mobile why are you not doing anything to investigate all these conveniently  'untracked' orders made through giftcloud?

You are turning new customers into 'i will never use ID mobile again and will tell everyone I know not to use them either'

Totally! So frustrating and no one to talk to to discover why this has happened. Have been passed from pillar to post!

I can understand your frustration with this but this isn’t a promotion directly from us we are only able to assist with promotions that we provide directly.

I have contacted Giftcloud who say they have contacted you and that the offer was not tracked and therefore the voucher can not be provided. When I expressed my unhappiness at the situation they suggested I contacted you. You are now suggesting I contact them so I'm not sure what else to do!

Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do. Since your order wasn’t tracked, you won’t receive the perk you expected.
