I’ve paid for my daughter’s mobile phone plan for a number of years. She is now over 18 and needs access to her plan. How do I give her access on her own device?

Thanks for getting in touch.

If your daughter is now over 18 and you'd like her to be able to discuss or manage the account, you can give her third-party authority using the form on the following page: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/legal/accessibility

Please note that the name on the contract cannot be changed, so the account will remain in your name. However, completing the third-party authority process will allow your daughter to receive assistance with the account on your behalf.
