Help. My plan shows as "This plan has been disconnected"

I created a new account as ID Mobile requested. I added my plan to my new account however it shows as "This plan has been disconnected". The number is definitely not disconnected. I've tried to use the chat to get help however after waiting 12 mins for agent it disconnected me. Anyone know how to resolve? Thanks

Hi @robbrierley99

Unfortunately, the only way you can directly contact an adviser is to use the Live Chat.
iD Mobile don’t have contact phone numbers or email address for Customer Services as this is how they keep their costs so low.
Occasionally the chats do time out and so you just need to keep trying.
When connecting to the live chat type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box, to bypass the chatbot, and please be aware that the agents are chatting with a few customers at a time and so it may take a while to get an initial contact and any replies.

Good luck x
