Have I got to activate SIM somewhere before trying to add to my app where I have 2 other numbers I don't understand any of it so upset

We're sorry to hear that you're feeling upset. We understand that managing multiple numbers on the app can be confusing, and we're happy to explain the process.

 

If your SIM has already been activated, you can add the new number to your existing iD Mobile app account by following these steps:

  • Log in to the iD Mobile app
  • Select Account
  • Scroll down and choose Manage Accounts
  • Select Add Account
  • Enter the mobile number you would like to add
  • Complete the verification process when prompted
  • Once verified, the number should appear alongside your other numbers in the app

If the new number has not yet been registered, you may first need to select Register on the login page and follow the on-screen instructions to create access for that number.
