i’ve just got an email saying that my account’s been cancelled, but I’ve only just got my new SIM card. I don’t know what to do as I haven’t cancelled it and it is very difficult to get into contact with ID.

@gracemay  Please be aware more so this time of year lots of scams.

You could try calling sale's letting them know you've just order a sim and you've received an email etc etc.

I completely understand how worrying this must be, especially since you’ve only just received your new SIM and didn’t request a cancellation. I agree,  the best thing to do right now is to give our sales team a call.

You can reach them on 0800 049 0250. Let them know you’ve just ordered a SIM, received a cancellation email, and need to confirm that your account and new SIM are active. They should be able to help you sort this out quickly.
