How can I change my address with id so can use it as a proof of id and address?

Hi @Simon1334,

Thanks for getting in touch.

You can update your address through the iD Mobile app or My Account online. Simply head to your account settings/profile section and update your billing address details there.

Just so you’re aware, any changes made will only appear on future bills generated after the update has been processed. Unfortunately, we’re unable to amend addresses on previous bills that have already been issued.

If you need the updated address as proof of ID/address, we’d recommend waiting for your next bill to be produced after making the change.

Hope this helps, but let us know if you need anything else.

Regards,
