How do I find my son's Plan details?

I’m trying to find the details of my son’s plan - especially his data reset date.

I thought his Plan was attached to my account, but it not there

    Hi ​@MariaJane1969,

     

    If your son's plan isn't showing under your account, it may be registered under a separate iD Mobile account.

     

    If he has access to the iD Mobile app or his online account, he can check his plan details there, including his data allowance and next data reset date.

     

    If you're unable to locate the plan, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Service team via Live Chat. They'll be able to check how the account is registered and help you access the correct account after completing the necessary security checks.
