How do I find out my data usage by day?

I recently upgraded my (SIM only) contract from 2Gb per month to 6Gb per month. I rarely used my 2Gb. I have now, apparently used my 6Gb for the current month and would like to be able to see the usage by day which should help me understand how I have reached this level.
