I had two enquiries , please.

First, I could not register the number that ID mobile sent me. And there is an unknown number for activation of the sim.
2. They had sent me the e sim, but I need to keep my old number, what should I do?

It had been two weeks, I still could not activate the e sim and could not change to my old number.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble activating your eSIM and getting your old number transferred across, especially after two weeks.

As the eSIM hasn’t activated correctly, we’d recommend contacting our Live Chat team and requesting a replacement eSIM first.

Once the replacement eSIM has been successfully installed and activated, the team can then assist you with transferring your old number across to your iD Mobile plan.
