I am unable to add multiple plans to my online account.

I have 2 accounts with ID Mobile for my 2 sons. Both accounts are in my name and paid for by me, but when I try to add a 2nd number to my account, it says details not recognised.

Hi ​@bigbruceymack, I am so sorry that you are having trouble adding an account. Please make sure that the name, date of birth and email address is the same on both accounts. The only difference should be the mobile number.
