I can log in to my account from my PC but that’s it.I can’t see my plan details/ can’t upgrade my plan/phone/ and can’t spend money with ID. Hi Natalie,On a Win10 P.C. running Chrome.I can login and your system recognises me returning “Hello Dave” but at the bottom of the webpage it says “Ooops something went wrong” PLEASE TRY AGAIN!Again and again it just doesn’t work.No matter what option I click on, your system ignores me as though it has crashed.I ONLY use a P.C. browser (not a smartphone) to carry out transactions etc. so it’s very annoying that your system won’t let me get to my account!I wish to look at my ‘plan’ to see my ‘minutes/texts and data allocation with maybe upgrading but I can’t progress.Please helpDave
