Hi Natalie,

On a Win10 P.C. running Chrome.

I can log in and your system recognises me returning  “Hello Dave” but at the bottom of the webpage it says “Ooops something went wrong” PLEASE TRY AGAIN! 
Again and again it just doesn’t work.

No matter what option I click on, your system ignores me as though it has crashed.

I ONLY use a P.C. browser (not a smartphone) to carry out transactions etc. so it’s very annoying that your system won’t let me get to my account!
I wish to look at my ‘plan’ to see my ‘minutes/texts and data allocation with maybe upgrading but I can’t progress.

Can you please try clearing your Cache/Cookies or another browser on your desktop?

I can't log in to my account, I did everything according to the instructions and nothing happened, it says: something went wrong

​@Igor7  This may be an issue with IDMobile itself and not you. I say this because I've seen many post on this matter the past 24 hours or so.
