@Igor7  Afternoon to you not a good start for you.

Are you a new customer  are you using a web browser or IDMobile app to log into your account? 

If you done everything possible some times it down to IDMobile a problem on their side for what every reason.

Try again in a few hour's time or tomorrow unless you urgently need to access your account. 

You may want to try the Live Chat in the message box type in To speak to someone.
