i cannot access radio competition

Hi 

I cannot send msgs to radio competitions but I used to be able to 

My cap is set £18 and not used in over a month so have not gone over

Such bad service to ask questions 

Taken me hours

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear you’re also unable to access the radio competition.

 

To help resolve this, please first check and adjust your bill cap settings to ensure there are no restrictions preventing premium or short code messages from being sent.

 

Once you’ve done this, please restart your device and then try sending the text again.

If your bill cap is set to £0, this will prevent certain services like texts or premium messages from being sent. Please increase your bill cap to allow the charge for the message to go through.

 

Once you’ve done this, restart your phone and then try sending the text again.
