i cannot log into my ID mobile app or web browser to review my plan. i have tried the online chat bot, chat agents, and contact number but none of them helped

I cant log into my ID mobile account on the app or web browser. The password & email works but when i put in my phone number, date and date of bith etc it says "sorry your details do not match our records". i have tried using the live chat with agents and live chat both did not work. how do I access my account to review my plan if ID wont let me access any of it??
