I cant change the first line of my billing address on the App

I've moved and need to change my billing address from :

To :

{ REMOVED }

Thank you for reaching out.

 

You can update your billing address through the iD Mobile app by following these steps:

  • Log in to the iD Mobile app
  • Select Account
  • Choose Personal Details
  • Select Address Details
  • Enter your new address information
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to verify and save the changes

Hello, 

I do all of that but when I want to change my address it just won't let me change or delete the first line of the address
