I had a new phone from youraelves. I have fibromyalgia and suffer terrible braim fog. When i.was trying to set the phone up, it asked for my password. I forgot it as id set it as a finget print to log im without my password it.locked me out so my daughter had it factory reset for me. Only now i cant rememver my google account and knox security hhas completely locked me out

Is there anything you can do to help me? I dont want to be paying for a phone i cant use.
