Where can i obtain proof of purchase to claim cashnack offer for new upgrade

    Hi ​@Colim ,

     

    To claim your cashback offer for your new upgrade, you can use any of the following as proof of purchase:

    Order confirmation email (sent when you placed the upgrade)
    Receipt from the retailer (if bought in-store)
    Payment shown on your bank/credit card statement
    Upgrade confirmation from iD Mobile (order reference and details)

    the email proof of purchase has to be sent to samsung as a pdf document. However the file size is too big to send. What can I do?
