I have switch and kept my number…I need to recover my mobile ID number to log into my account. How can I do that?”

I have kept my previous phone number. Not an ID Number.

I “threw” the ID number after I switched my phone number.

Now I can’t login to my ID account , because they ask the ID number.

What can I do ?

    Hey there ​@David Eustache, to login to your account, you can use the number you switched over to us once the switch completes, and you’ll need to register the account first, which we’d advise doing anyway.

     

    So to clarify, please await for your number switch to complete and then register, and you should be fine to login.

    I cannot seem to switch my phone to id. I have a PAC number to keep my old phone no. and a new simm to be inserted and the mobile app. When trying to switch it keep asking for my id phone number. It also does not seem to recognize my details. How do I check if id have my details correct?
