Hi @Meggrovee987

You can change your iD Mobile contract to a higher data plan by logging into the iD Mobile App or website dashboard, selecting your plan, and choosing a new deal.

How to Change Your Plan Online
• Log in to the iD Mobile Account Dashboard or app.
• Go to the Plan or Home section.
• Select Change my plan (or check upgrade deals if you are near the end of your contract).
• Choose a new SIM-only plan with more data.
• Review the details and confirm your choice.

Key Rules to Keep in Mind
• Timing: Changes usually apply within 30 minutes.
• Contract Length: Doing an in-account plan change keeps your existing contract end date intact.
• Eligibility: You must have an active account open for over 30 days and no plan changes made in the last 31 days.
• Keeping Your Number: Changing your plan within your current account keeps your phone number. Do not sign up for a brand new separate contract online, as that creates a second account and a new number.

You can also contact the iD Mobile Sales Team to discuss the move:-

Phone numbers: freephone 0800 049 0250
Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday

OR, you contact an advisor via Live Chat to discuss this (The Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday) :-

 https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot.

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

Hope this helps x
