i need help from a real person
please can someone a real person help me. the wrong telephone number was ported over to ID and now I cannot open my id account to speak to a real person

I'm sorry to hear this has happened.
Unfortunately, once a number transfer (port) has been completed, it can't be reversed.
This means that the number which was transferred to your iD Mobile plan will remain on that plan, and you'll need to continue using that number going forward, including when accessing your iD Mobile account and app.
