We're unable to access or provide your device's call log, as this is stored on your phone. You should be able to view your recent call history directly from your device's Phone app.

If you need proof of calls made, you can also download your itemised bill, which shows your outgoing calls.

To do this:

• Log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
• Go to Bills.
• Select the relevant bill.
• Choose to view or download the itemised bill.

If the information you need isn't available there, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat and they'll be happy to advise further.
