I ordered aims with amazon voucher offer but nothing has been sent how do I claim? This was direct my id mobile app

Hi all 

I ordered I'd mobile sim cards with an offer of amazon vouchers direct on the ID app, but they have not arrived.... Does anyone have any experience of this?

    I’m very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your Amazon voucher, I understand how frustrating that can be. Please note that it can take up to 120 days from the date of purchase for the voucher to be issued.

    If more than 120 days have already passed, please check whether you entered your email address at the time of purchase via Giftcloud. If you did, you’ll need to contact Giftcloud directly at hello@giftcloud.com, as they manage the voucher delivery and will be able to assist you further.
