i put the wrong name

Hi, 

I put the wrong name by accident when I signed up to Id mobile, I have only just noticed this I’m worried because I have been in contact now for 13 months out of 24 month contract, and I have just come to a upgrade opportunity, which I took, but now they are asking to speak with me, which I am worried as it could look like fraud? 
will I be arrested for fraud?

To help us check your account details, could you please confirm whether your second name has been entered in place of your first name, or if there are simply some letters missing from your name as it appears on the account?

So, when I signed up, I wrote Tina (but autofill added cody). for my first name 

and then my last name got autofilled to my ex boyfriends name, I didn’t notice until now, when I went to upgrade and it wouldn’t go though. 

my name on the account is Tinacody gutteridge 

when it is meant to be Tina smith.
