I upgraded my account to unlimited data but the info looks wrong in the app and account

Hi,

I upgraded my account to the £16 all unlimited 2 year account but the app shows i have 42GB/5GB data plan. And the website says I’m paying £16 for 5GB data plan. I have left it a number of weeks just to see if it took time update.

Unfortunately, the app can take time to update. I’d recommend contacting our live-chat to double check which plan you’re on, and the amount of data you have just in-case:
