i want to stop emails from id community, but unsubscribe button comes up as bad request

I cannot unsubscribe from emails generated in id community and wish to switch them off. The unsubscribe button doesn't work as keeps generating a bad request page, how do I get out?

    Could you perhaps make a rule on your email account to set them to go to your spam or bin folders?
