Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your account.

There is currently an issue affecting some customers when logging into the iD Mobile app and website, which can result in the login page continuously looping.

As you've already tried clearing your cache and using both the app and browser, we'd recommend trying to log in using an Incognito/Private Browsing window, as this has helped some customers get around the issue.

On iPhone:

• Open Safari
• Tap the tabs button
• Select Private
• Open a new Private tab and try logging in again

If you're still unable to access your account after trying this, please let us know and we'll be happy to advise further.

This issue is still happening to me. 

I’ve tried different browsers, incognito mode and deleting cookies, but the login loop still happens.

How on Earth is ID Mobile a functioning service when their customers can’t even access their accounts?
