id mobile app does not work

I have been unable to use my id mobile app for few days. I manage to log in into the app but app is not working. What is going on?

Apps are notorious for being unstable and not working.

Are you able to login via the search engine on your device?

If so, login and then ‘add to home screen’ as a shortcut.

If you do want to use the app then contact the Live Chat for assistance:-

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot. 

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are having with your iD Mobile App.  We're aware that customers using iOS 26.3 on their iPhone with the “Show Borders” setting turned on might not be able to use the iD Mobile app right now. We're working hard to fix this for you as quickly as we can.

 

Until then, you can turn off “Show Borders” by following these quick steps:

 

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap Accessibility.
  3. Tap Display & Text Size.
  4. Turn the Show Borders toggle to OFF.


You can also manage your account anytime online at my.idmobile.co.uk.

 

If this does not work, please let us know so that we can take a more direct approach to this.
