The id mobile app does not have my current plan, how do l have it added?

Thanks for getting in touch, I can help with this.
If your current plan isn’t showing in the iD Mobile app, it may be because the app needs to refresh your account details or your plan hasn’t fully synced yet.
Try this first:
Log out of the iD Mobile app
Close the app completely
Restart your phone
Log back in
Lamiya
Log in to the iD Community.
