App opens then sticks  cog is spinning  but can access anything on app

    Hi ​@abd91 

    Another option is to open the website using your search engine and then add as a shortcut.

    Apps have been notorious for problems but using a shortcut for a website usually sorts the problem!

    I have been trying to login to app for.7 days now and I keep getting the same error message.

    What is happening
