Hello 

As part of signing up to ID mobile I was offered an Amazon gift card as part of the deal 

Despite multiple attempts to go through gift cloud and ID mobile I have still not received the voucher. 

I raised this as a complaint with ID mobile who told me to go to gift cloud again who are asking me for information like a transaction number etc that ID mobile have not provided me with 

This voucher was one of the reasons I joined ID mobile 

I now feel incredibly let down. . Can anyone help please?
