Hello, I can’t login to my Id mobile app as it’s saying my number isn’t recognised and doesn’t match your records but I kept my old number from my old phone and I’m not sure if the number app would recognise is the number the sim came with. I got this sim like half a year ago? I cannot find the number the sim came with and successfully kept my old number. i have had no issues using my phone for calls and messages
