im trying to view my plan but i can only see my daughters

We are very sorry to hear that you are struggling to view your plan, and we understand how disappointing and frustrating this must be.

Could you please try adding your mobile number to the app so that you are able to view your plan by following the steps below:

 

Go to View your plans / Switch plan / View my plan
Scroll down until you see Add new subscription
Follow the prompts to add your mobile number to the app

 

Once this has been completed, you should then be able to view your plan correctly. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know and we will be happy to assist further.
