​@Lamiya C can you please help? I moved to Id mobile two weeks ago and am unable to receive calls and texts. I think it’s to do with CLI as have tried all the fixes suggested. Nothing works. It has been really stressful and I keep going round in circles and not getting any help. I am waiting for a call from the technical support but can’t receive calls so that won’t happen!!

It is a massive problem for me and stopping me from accessing bank accounts as can’t receive OTPs. Can you help please ??
