iMessage not working after porting number

@Lamiya C can you please help? I moved to Id mobile two weeks ago and am unable to recover calls and texts. I think it’s to do with CLI as have tried all the fixes suggested. Nothing works. It has been really stressful and I keep going round in circles and not getting any help. I am waiting for a call from the technical support but can’t revive calls so that won’t happen!!

It is a massive pro me and stopping me from accessing bank accounts as can’t receive OTPs. Can you help please ??

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m very sorry for the stress this issue has caused. I completely understand how frustrating it must be to not receive calls or texts, especially when it affects important services like banking.

As a next step, could you please try the following on your iPhone:

Go to Settings > Apps > Messages and turn iMessage off.
Restart your iPhone.
Turn iMessage back on.

This often resolves issues with iMessages and the Caller Line Identity (CLI).

Please let me know if this works.

No, this did not help. I’ve tried this dozens of times already. Your technical team are saying this is resolved but it absolutely is not. I just keep being fobbed off with the same ‘advice’ that doesn’t work and can’t actually speak anyone, because my phone line isn’t working!! This company is a shambles.
