internet is not working at hom

Hi i called id mobile to help with my not working internet i reseted the internet settings but its still the same

    I am sorry to hear that you are unable to use your internet.

    Could you please confirm the make and model of your phone (for example iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi), and let us know exactly what is happening? For instance, whether you have no signal at all, or if 4G/5G is showing but you are still unable to access the internet.
