We're sorry to hear about this. If the call seemed suspicious and your wife wasn't expecting it, we would recommend treating it with caution.

The number you've mentioned doesn't belong to iD Mobile, so we'd advise blocking and reporting it.

Please remember that iD Mobile will never ask you for your banking details, passwords, PINs or other sensitive security information over the phone.

If your wife received an email saying her password has been changed and she wasn't expecting this, she should secure her account as soon as possible by changing her password and reviewing her account for any unauthorised activity.

If she shared any personal or account information during the call, please contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat as soon as possible so they can place the appropriate security measures on the account.

If no information was shared, we'd still recommend remaining vigilant and ignoring any further contact from the number.
