Let’s try a few quick troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this working:

• Make sure the phone is fully charged or connected to a charger
• Force restart the device (hold power button for 10–15 seconds)
• Check if there are any signs of power (vibration, sound, or LED light)
• Try a different charging cable or charger if possible
• If it’s a removable SIM, take it out and reinsert it, then restart again
 

If the phone still isn’t displaying anything after this, it may be a hardware fault and would likely need to be checked.
