I've just joined and have been trying to log into my account so I can do the whole PAC thing to change my number to my old one but every time I try and log on it says that there's been a problem and to retry. It accepts my email and password but when I put the number, my last name and dob, it won't go any further. Please anyone? I've tried the app and via a browser. Nothing
