linking another plan

I've just logged into my Id account on a new device. However I can no longer seem to see my daughter's plan in my account?

What to do?

Hi ​@Tilly14,

 

I am so sorry to hear of the issues that you are having with your iD Mobile account. It sounds like you'll just need to add your daughter's plan back to your account.

 

You can do this by following these steps:

  1. From the Home screen, tap View your plans in the top right.
  2. Tap Add new plan.
  3. Enter your daughter's iD Mobile number (it should begin with 07 and be 11 digits long).
  4. Enter the account holder's surname and date of birth, then tap Next.
  5. A one-time passcode will be sent by SMS to that iD Mobile number.
  6. Enter the 8-digit code on the screen to complete the process.

 

Once verified, the plan should appear in your account again.
