Log in issues on the app and website

I have a mobile sim with ID. However it is saying that I am not a member and do not have a sim with them and will not let me log in.

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

If you haven't registered for an online account yet, please try the following:

  • Download the iD Mobile app or visit the iD Mobile website
  • Select Register
  • Enter your iD Mobile number
  • Enter your surname and date of birth exactly as they appear on your account
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to create your login details

 

If you've already registered and are receiving a message saying you're not a customer or don't have a SIM with us, please double-check that the details you're entering match those on the account.
